Self love comes in many forms.

One of my favorite ways is spa time.

If you’re like me, you might not be able to get to the spa as often as you’d like, here are a few simple tips using essential oils to turn your bathroom into a spa…any day or night.

 

 

Begamot rules when it comes to skin conditions AND it has great benefits for relieving stress and anxiety.

Geranium is a brilliant anti-inflammatory agent and improves blood flow along with boosting mood.

Eucalyptus is a spa staple for so many reasons, including its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and acne benefits.

There are many more essential oils you can incorporate to make spa time at home.
