How to Focus Your Vibrations of Thought

You might be thinking, WTF? Vibrations of thought? What the heck does that mean? Do my thoughts actually have vibes? Yes. Yes they do. Remember—everything is energy. Everything. You talk to any quantum physicist these days and they’ll prove it to you and tell you all about it. Everything, down to the teeny tiny subatomic particles that make up the chair you’re sitting on, the computer or phone you’re reading this on. They’re all broken down to teeny tiny subatomic particles that are actually energy in motion. Everything is energy. Understanding this is a huge key to rocking your mojo.

Outside your window in nature, inside your home, inside you—there’s constantly moving energy that creates vibrations. Those vibrations are transmitted into the atmosphere at a particular rate. Some might refer to them as having a wavelength. Sometimes you hear people say, Oooh! That person has good vibes. And sometimes you hear, Ewww! That person has bad vibes. Energy is in motion all the time. What’s important about this are your vibrations of thought.

Think about it for a moment. When you go to an event, a party, a business conference, a networking event and you’re speaking to someone and they’re saying some words that sound ‘appropriate’. They’re talking about their business, or they’re talking about their hobby or their relationship and it sounds good. Yet, you’re just feeling something is off…or a little weird. You know what I’m talking about. That thing that you’re sensing without anything specific being said—those are the vibrations of thought. The words that come out of your mouth are not always going to match what you’re truly thinking.

 

VibrationsofThoughtCheck this out. You are sending out vibrations of thought right now. You’re not even saying anything. You’re reading this. And still, there are thought vibrations being generated. You are having reactions to the words on the page and these words are also affecting what’s taking up space in your brain right now. All of that is creating a particular sensation and texture to your thoughts. So your vibrations of thought are what’s going on in your life above the neck (aka your Mindset, the M in the M.O.J.O system) and what’s going on in your mind is being projected into your world. To your coworkers, to your family, friends, lovers, potential clients and even strangers at the cafe.

What’s important here is to wrangle your vibrations of thought to become congruent with what you want to create in your life. So first, you’ve got to get those vibrations of thought to shift towards your desires. Vibrations of thought are a really big deal and it’s something you can work on right away.

 

MOJO EXERCISE:

Next time you interact with the cashier when you run an errand or go to the coffee shop, get your mind focused on something positive. You could be thinking about sending them good vibes or wishing that they receive their heart’s desires. Remember, you are thinking about this. You are not saying anything about it. The words you speak will be all about the transaction. Then, notice how they behave with you. See if they become a bit more congenial. Maybe they smile after being flat faced. No matter what, you will be affecting them with an energetic gift for good. This practice eventually shifts your vibrations of thought higher, therefore amping your mojo and enjoyment in life.

 

MOJO EXERCISE:

You ever play the parking karma game? It’s my go to when I need a reminder that my thoughts create my reality. Next time you head out, when you get in the car immediately tell yourself you are going to get the perfect parking spot at your destination. There will be one available and it will be easy once you arrive. Then, drive away. By starting your journey with the thought of the parking spot, you train your thoughts to vibrate on what you want. Those vibrations get sent out into the atmosphere and affect the outcome.

When you get near your destination, you can connect with your thought of the perfect parking spot again. This time add some excitement and enthusiasm to the thought.

Now, here’s the cool part. You might not see the perfect spot as soon as you arrive. No biggie. Keep your thought vibrations clear and focused on the spot and keep driving around. What usually happens is you drive around the block once and when you come back, the perfect spot opens up. It’s happened to me more times than I can count.

When you use the parking karma exercise, you are also training your thoughts to vibrate on what you want vs. what you don’t want. That alone is a victory for most women.
