How to Reduce Stress

Today I’m here to talk to you about S.T.R.E.S.S. Stress.

In this day and age, we are all affected by it to some degree. The good news is there’s something we can do about it without checking ourselves into an ashram for 30 days.

Here’s what you need to know.

There are the four main types of stress:

#1 Emotional.
This one can wreak havoc on women especially since we are wired emotionally.
Have a fight with your lover/spouse—stress.
Get in it with your BFF—stress.
Frustrated with a coworker—stress.Emotional stress can be monitored and reduced by being in touch with who you are. Knowing your value. Standing up for yourself. And being able to communicate with clarity and love. This is what a Sensually Empowered Woman does.

#2 Nutritional.
We really are what we eat. If you’re fueling that lovely body of yours with chemicals, bad sugars, excessive amounts of alcohol or other toxins, stress will be your bosom buddy. This is one of the two easiest forms of stress for us to control. Change what you put in your body and change how you feel.Seven years ago when I went gluten free due to insane amounts of stress that created health problems, not only did my healthy turn around my business did too.

#3 Physical.
When we work our selves to the bone with long hours and no sleep our body takes a toll. It also happens when we excessively work out or have to do hard labor. Removing physical stress has to be moderated according to your lifestyle.Awesome ways to reduce this kind of stress are getting a massage, soaking in a bath, receiving acupuncture or other forms of bodywork.

#4 Environmental.
This level goes from the closest realm of your home to the farthest away of the atmosphere and ozone layer. As much as I’d like to see our global environment heal tomorrow, that is a bigger task and you can participate by being mindful of your footprint with the choices your make.

However, what you CAN immediately control is what goes on in your home. Using non-toxic products to clean, keeping it tidy to reduce the psychic noise and of course, the easiest way to remove environment stress is to incorporate Feng Shui in your home.
